I'm a native French speaker, but from Québec! That video was also a bit of learning experience for me, because a lot of expressions they use in ''French-French'', we don't use them here. Merci pour la vidéo, c'était très intéressant et relaxant ^^

I like your French learning videos because I kind of learn too haha. I discovered that I lack of a lot of "basic" vocabulary in English and since you are translating every French part into English it helps me learning new words, so thank you ! ^^
And I don't know if someone answered, but just in case,
" m² " in French is " mètre carré" so " 30m² " is " trente mètres carrés " :)

Also at 6:30, livre stands for livre sterling, which is the french word for "the pound"
L'accent est très bon, comme toujours! Tu as progressé dans la prononciation, je le vois par rapport à tes anciennes vidéos (Maroc, Paris...). Diolch mon ami!

16:00 squared in french is just "carré". Yes it does make a lot of sense indeed

The word "cinq" (5) in french is pronounced differently if the word afterwards is 100 or 1000.
We'd say
Cinq (5)
Cin cent (500)
Cin mille (5000)
Cinq millions (5*10^6)
Cinq demi-douzaines (30, but we'd mostly use that for eggs)
