Always a great promo tease when you put 'Monster' in the video title. I do get a little bit scared even after all these years. Thanks for not overdoing it. Gracias por tu video, Señor Jaws. RT sends, Puebla, México...
When you hear the faint sounds of the train horn off in the distance it has an great sound. thanks for the train videos and all the crossings. Thank You Jaw Tooth. 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🇺🇲🇺🇸💨
Luck was on your side that day JT, there are no words, just incredible. Even more incredible was the size of that CSX train considering the power, and an NS DPU, and a I&O SD40-2 working hard on a good size train as usual. Quite a day along the railroad JT, thanks.
@@55VickyV I used to have an NS crew change spot by me. Since they started from a full stop, you could often let the whole train pass by and still have enough time to beat them to the next town over. Leap frogging was the best!
Wow! A great days train watching there J. T. You wrre certainly at the right place at the right time today. What appeared to be a local turned out to be a real monster of a train.
I am a complete train nut. I live in Aùstralia and we have some beauts here, especially the iron ore trains. Thank you for all your videos, love them x
Wow, four trains. And you didn't have to wait very long for any of them. That monster train was awesome. Any other train won't beat that. Took forever to pass. Fantastic video. Have a nice day 😊🌈
Never, ever, EVER underestimate what an SD-40 can pull!!! I saw one SD-40 pulling 134 empty coal hoppers through Fostoria, OH. They have very under estimated ratings. Also, out of Fostoria, I counted 108 loaded coal hoppers with one 4400 horsepower engine on the front, NO DPU's. It is truly amazing what these things can pull!!! Have a very blesse day!!!!
That was a very unusual manifest train and they weren’t pulling all empties. 2 SD40’s and no DPU? They were short of power. That was definitely a busy backed up day. Amazing.
That was astounding! I managed to count 535 cars and 11 locomotives in total there, in the space in time it took to shoot the video! That first long one going up-hill slow with the 2 CSX machines was about 180 cars. I got to about 130 cars when the second one down hill appeared! It was 167 cars, 3 Locos and a DPU. The single I&O had 72 cars on too! I hope Mrs T wasn't too hacked off about it...or have you not heard the end of it yet? Here's hoping all's well. Lucky Day for that one JT. Cheers, man!
That train behind the pair of CSX SD40-3s was just incredible. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything that long before, and to have just two older locomotives pulling it was amazing.
72 cars is a big load for 1 I&O loco. I&O is part of the Genesee & Wyoming family, of which my locals Providence & Worcester and New England Central are also. Great video, JT!
Hey JT is the school bus manufacturing plant still in hamilton I took a load of transmissions from maxton NC to there in the winter of 1998 and 1999 and got stuck on the mountain in Wytheville VA for 2 days because of a snow storm that's the most snow I've ever seen in my life I was born and raised in Lebanon TN it came 4 feet of snow the night before
You hit the jackpot this time at the bridge over Mill Creek in Spring Grove Valley/Winton Place in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jaw Tooth! I enjoyed watching this video of four trains passing two by two. Your trimming was great.
The great train meet of April 2023AD there, Jawtooth! That CSX Manifest was outrageously long. Had 2 yards worth on him! Glad they've kept those old signals! Cheers for another great video mate! 🇺🇸👍🇦🇺
Incredible to see four trains pass each other in one continue sequence!!! Great capture JT! And right when you had to be on your way back to Mrs. T! Did you get into trouble? Since I have a wife, I know you did!!!
Great excellent good video, mr Jaw Tooth. Indeed 4 long trains i have also never seen on your video's. Not on these place.💪👌👍🆗🚆 Greet from Zandvoort the Netherlands 🇾🇪🇺🇸.
Nice place to watch trains And all the different freight passing by not 50 miles an hour plus You can get to see the trains Consist As it passes By....
It's always good to catch them running. My wife and I were in the Marion area, stopped at a friend's restaurant (great pizza and subs {cold beer too} at the OK Cafe- he also owns Tacketts Southern BBQ on Bellefontaine ave (Rt 4) between the NS and CSX tracks. Stopped by the depot and immediately saw a northbound coal drag. Was a bit chilly and breezy. Was warming up in the car when we heard another approaching from the west. Dummy me, didn't grab my phone. Had five BNSF locos on the head end pulling a mixed consist that was heavy with autoracks. Two road locos, then 1238 and 1251 gensets (from bnsf's second order of twenty five), followed be another road loco - couldn't even tell you if the road locos were ge's or emd's (guessing ge's) I was kicking myself for not grabbing my phone/ camera. Shortly after we had a westbound mixed consist pulled by two CSX ge's, Lots of tank cars -- some pressurized with valving beneath and no domes. As we were getting ready to head out we heard a faint horn approaching from the north on the NS. Two unit grain train pretty much idling through. Many new covered hoppers. On the way out of town we stopped by a friend's and caught a westbound local with a single geep. It had a dozen or more brand new tank cars from the union tank car plant. They were welded up but unpainted. FRA refs require that they have all of their markings to even move between the two plants. Was a good trip. You can tell times are getting tough -- Many new cars that the vandals haven't defaced yet ---
From N. California, Good Morning to all railfans! Ya know it's gonna be a great day when ya start it off with a new Jaw Tooth video!🎵🎸a little Eddie Van Halen fade out guitar🎵🎸
Now that was truly epic, son!!! Cant believe two SD40s hauled that train without assistance. I wonder just how long it was? Anyone in JT Land happen to know, just out of curiosity? Love the 'live action' at the end too 🤣🤣👍👍👍👍👍
Nice video Jaw Tooth, no trains near me, so I watch your trains. Lots of wheels with flat spots, I would think maybe the hotbox detectors might record that vibration and record the location.
That monster train L to R @ 15'30" surely requires the services of a d.p.u, have a good day J.T.😊 Great timing with oposing consist in alternate directions 🚦📸
A funny thought. You spend quite a bit of time there, you should talk to the owner about setting up the railfan viewing site you were talking about in an earlier video. The local community might even be interested. Just sayin'. Excellent video, enjoyed it greatly!
Hey Tooth! Love the vids! I’m a fellow spotter myself only no channel…yet! I’m inviting you to Pulaski Co, Somerset to do a little rail fanning! I know some great locations and a lot of the former Rathole ROW, tunnels and the former Ferguson Shops!
It's the small things.... I get tickled when you say "DPU, I see you" :-) Thanks for the smile.
glad you like that! lol
Thank You Jaw Tooth 😊 great trains!
Anyway a awesome video JT enjoying watching and enjoy the side show too 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😃😎♥️ AWESOME Jaw Tooth
Sometimes you wait and never see a train, this was fantastic, back to back to back to back to back! Great catch!👍👍🙂🙂
Oh baby…. There was a lot of LIVE ACTION at this spot. Good catch J.T.
Thanks for watching !
That was a lot of trains for sure. Thanks for getting all. I hope the Mrs gave you a break. ❤
Hey JawTooth another AWESOME video
Great work 👌👌👍👍
I love the train meets and the diversity of the cars you see.😊
Thanks for watching !
@@FabianDiazTrainsTrucksNCars I think it was but I don't know where it was going. I can't picture it going real far with just that power.
Absolutely great catches today! Thanks, Jaw Tooth.
As usual a great video; keep up good work. Pat Norfie’s head for me..
A lot of awesome catches JT, great train action, thanks again for the video.👍👌😇

🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🇺🇲🇺🇸💨
My favorite sound in the whole world, followed by kittens purring, the chink of rigging on moored sailboats.
Man u got extremely lucky with the train meets! Good video 🎉
Hard to beat that many trains in one spot.
Awesome Jawtooth!
Hello from Boston Massachusetts you ROCK 🚂

No wonder the CSX was going so slow. It was a long, long train.
It also started up from a complete stop.
@@55VickyV I used to have an NS crew change spot by me. Since they started from a full stop, you could often let the whole train pass by and still have enough time to beat them to the next town over. Leap frogging was the best!
Good video as always!
Wow! A great days train watching there J. T. You wrre certainly at the right place at the right time today. What appeared to be a local turned out to be a real monster of a train.
Amazing video, have a nice day! Greetings from Brazil 🇧🇷
Hi JT I finely found you I hope that you and your family had a great week love to watch your train videos thank you JT you are awesome person ❤❤❤
Cool Pied Billed Grebe at the end. They are great swimmers under the water.
Its gonna be hard to top this one! Great video JT!
🚂🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃💯👍🇺🇸
Boy. That CSX is just creeping.
DPU working hard. I like it.😊 Can't believe the CSX didn't have at least 2 DPUs.
Those SD40s are not DP capable, therefore no DP was involved. 2 SD40s can still haul over 100 cars
I didn’t know that. Thanks for clearing this up.
Another great video. Thanks for sharing

I have counted a lot of trains but no trains around me now so at the RED light I count cars, sometimes at rush hour 260 in 4 lanes heading home.
Mrs. Tooth is going to be waiting for you with the rolling pin, and it will be the couch for you pal...😆🏏
Another great video sir! Thanks for showing us your favorite spot. 😉👍🏻🎥💯
