Recently I try to send email to ask about that, they replied me that the minimum amount is HKD 50,000 (EUR6,046). I am preparing to exchange study for 1 semester in Austria!

But now for the Residence permit, I need to show 13-14 lakhs INR , which is not possible in Paytm bank (the limit is only 2 lakhs) Please help!
Hi Ahmed! Process still remains the same but most of the Universities here are encouraging of the disabled people. Try checking with the embassy if they have special arrangements for the disabled.
Even for a student visa, if your stay is over 6 months you need to have an approved Residence permit. Permanent residence and residence permit are 2 different things I hope I've made my point clear.

You can do the entire process on your own without consulting any consultant /agent! Most of them have no knowledge about the process and are just sitting to get you an admission letter.
