Thanks for the comment! This bus has the electric door but I wished this bus would of had the manual door since I just learned that the electric doors are a little problematic. Ouch!

Nice! That door reminds me of 79 Also, 59 will be taken out on Friday for her victory lap after all the fun things she's done, such as doing my route instead of 79 We may get a new route bus because of a shuttle route that happens after AM runs since 79 can't hold that many people
@@southernbustransportationsad but unfortunately changing times caused many engine manufacturers to drop off. If Thomas C2’s still had a Cat or an MBE engine option that would be cool. If ic still had the DT around that would also be cool.

I will never forget the sound these Maxxforce DT buses make when accelerating. It’s not like any bus I’ve heard before.
I can still imagine the way those engines sounded and my bus (2011 CE) was replaced by a 2011 CE last school year. Miss hearing those engines!
Nice video! I can sorta hear an axle hum back there.
For a 9 year old bus it drives well.
This does remind me of bus 36 and the interior is very similar. It also has that thing you pull to open the door.

We Had A Used 2015 IC CE With The Cummins ISB 6.7L
Interesting! Our 2016s were our first CEs that got Cummins engines. They are good buses but could be better without the emissions stuff!

in 2024 the 2015 ic ce was 10 years old
Also 10 years of the Maxxforce DT being discontinued! Really interesting to think about
