I was building my Maya to counter Harsetti like you do, but I realized the key for her to work is Rocket Punch... impossible for me to get since I started the game last month.
She works ok if you have a Crit build on her with noble oath but her consistency is relying on counter set which means there's a really high gear requirement, so probably not the best investment for you rn. Hoping they release a rocket punch alternative ngl
