    That is a very helpful video. My reserve is a Pepper light, an older model. Repacked it three times, and every time they used rubber bands, a year later I found them broken and sticky. Now I am using silicone bands for the first time, I hope that next spring repack they will be in good condition and not stain and stick to the lines like the regular beige rubber bands.

    Thanks, excellent video. You mention that a "compatibility test" should be performed when installing the reserve in a new harness. What exactly is this test? Thanks!

    brilliant video. repacked my reserve for the first time based on this video. are there any particular things one should take care of that result in failure,damage or slow or twisted release?
