Any% single segment speedrun of the Wings of Liberty Campaign.
Lots of improvements over the old strats Dime used, most notably on Welcome to the Jungle where about 3 minutes (game time) are cut off with a strat that's much easier to pull off.
Deaths on The Moebius Factor and Shatter the Sky and further big time loss on the latter as well as Whispers of Doom hurt a lot so sub 2:20 is definitely possible.
Note that some of the improvement over the old record is due to faster loads but in-game time is still around 4½ game minutes faster.

ghostwall is also nice in "outbreak". zombies have no detector and it just keeps building up the masses :)

lol i average like an hour for every mission. i just enjoy the campaign; i never played below hard (not that i'm good). The WOL campaign is probably best one along with probably mindustry's.
The moebius factor death was hard to watch. One more hit....

i´m out of my mind now! First time seeing speedrun, very impressed, hope some day i can do something similar. Last mission reminded me playing Swann style in Co-op missions, with tanks and defense. Great job!

I know the game is 7 years + now and we are moving into Starcraft Remastered but this is really fucking impressive man. Serious props! I particularly enjoyed Supernova. Well done.
Thanks man. I'm pretty sure Dime who had the old record came up with the strat for Supernova so props go to him, I just added a second medivac with scvs which makes it a lot more consistent
@@ZPRsc2 Great job! I've finished every mission on brutal but All In and Utter Darkness. Which I haven't tried yet on brutal. I'm not amazing on micro, decent enough to beat everything up to it though, is this defensive strategy ideal for me or more for experts?

I struggled with "The Devil's Playground" pretty hard and this guy does it in a few minutes... wow such a good strategy, I never realized how many minerals there are lying around the entire map

Also are you planning on doing more to get sub 2:20 ? As you said there are a lot of micro improvement like whispers of doom or getting first tries.
If by routing you mean mission order, that comes way back from the first runs by Raelcun. If you mean the strats on the individual missions, I used what Dime did as a starting point and improved a lot of them at least a little.
And yes, I'm gonna keep running until I get sub 2:20. You can catch the runs live on my twitch

Just FYI on Cutthroat the game end trigger is when the planetary fortress dies regardless of whether or not you have the mercenaries. You can put a siege tank directly under it on the low ground and get vision with a floating building. If you already have access to siege tanks you can do the mission in 2:15 on casual. That said I suspect in a marathon fresh play through this would mess with the mission order too much. Either way you dont have to fight up both ramps, you can just set up shop on the low ground and blast away, might save about 30-60 seconds.
There's no fast way to get tanks before cutthroat and if you look at the current record, it does use low ground tanks (:

What was it you were doing with the canisters in Welcome to the Jungle?
I saw a trick to maybe finish cutthroat faster: You can position the tanks at the low ground beneath the planetary fortress, fly a building over and just kill it with the sieged tanks rather quickly instead of going through the army on that highground
They video is old but can someone explain to me the cancelling of the terrazine harvest? What does that achieve?

Kerrigan's greatest power is to trigger my OCD in the All In mission xD
in the mission where u must collect 6k minerals and destroy enemy cc. did u try to place tanks on low ground near that cc? not necessary to kill anyone. i use flying building for vision. think its faster.

geshundra the nova mission is far shorter than the tosh one, though i think specters tend to kill things faster (at least the things he uses ghosts for). the only problem is ghosts get a vision and range upgrade as opposed to the specters’ psionic lash, which he got and i don’t know if it is necessary or not

Tom vikson be careful, sometimes he specifically plans for exact enemy numbers and i’m pretty sure the nova mission will be a bit longer (i don’t remember if the thor is there on not brutal difficulty)

I never rush i try to get that maximum army before going to war the feeling of unstoppable force is awesome xD. Unless its time limited it kinda sucks but the story makes up for it.
