- ▷Ingredients
■Vanilla cookies
100 g unsalted butter
60 g powdered sugar
vanilla bean
1 egg yolk
135 g cake flour
30 g ground almond
■Cocoa cookies
100 g unsalted butter
60 g powdered sugar
10 g cocoa powder
1 egg yolk
135 g cake flour
20 g ground almond
▷How to make
1. Knead the unsalted butter with a spatula until soft, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla bean (cocoa powder) and knead together.
2. Add the egg yolks and mix.
3. Sift in the cake flour and ground almond . Mix with a spatula to cut the mixture.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and roll out to a thickness of 5 mm. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Cut out the dough using a mold of the desired size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 8 - 15 minutes. (Baking time can be adjusted according to the size of the cookies.)

100 g cake flour
10 g ground almond
■Cocoa cookies
80 g unsalted butter
35 g powdered sugar
5 g cocoa powder
15g egg white
100g cake flour
10 g ground almond
▷How to make
1. Knead unsalted butter until soft, add powdered sugar and vanilla bean (or cocoa powder) and mix until uniform.
2. Measure and add the egg whites and mix well.
3. Sift in the cake flour and ground almond and mix until powdery.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 12 - 18 minutes.
5. Melt the sweet chocolate, fill a squeeze bag, and draw ribbons on the cooled cookies. Pack into tins to finish.

But I was depressed after seeing only Japanese version. Recent videos this year cannot be viewed in other language versions.
