Looks gorgeous! Awesome choice for your first home! I agree that adding in shelving will make your home better in many ways. I would paint the wall behind the washer and dryer and then add in shelving

Girl you are apologizing too much for normal things lol. Sleeping on just a mattress when you first move in is normal, not having furniture is normal. I think people get so caught up in seeing youtubers purchase enormous houses they forget that most people do not live like that.
