  • Just a rant about mental illness. They got people thinking THEY are the problem but the reality is that this society will drive anyone insane if they let it. You got to see it for what it is. The entire thing is designed for one reason and one reason only, to make you think you are free. 😑
    THANK YOU for the likes, subs, comments and just positive vibes in general. I love and appreciate every single one of you 🙂

    Joey, I’m a retired therapist connected to hospitals my entire career. However, once I woke up from the trance and saw that I was buying all the lies I was told my whole life, I quit my job. I stopped working at 55. It was the best decision of my life. Yes, I had major cognitive dissonance but afterward, I saw the truth and haven’t looked back since. The cult that runs things is intermingled and threaded through every part of society. I’m glad I’ve been a life long rebel. Keep keeping it real, Joey 💕

      @MakingScents ปีที่แล้ว +8

      I also had cognitive dissonance after 50 and changed my career from office work to working with kids. It is easier to do hard work when you know it is important and you feel good about it. I want to teach these babies critical thinking early! Also, I am really lucky that the people at my job actually do care about me as a human. What do you do to fill your days? Just curious.

    It’s crazy to think that nowadays in society being happy truly is a simple choice. Especially when society tells you to be depressed, anxious, and care about what everyone else thinks and does. True happiness can only come from one place and that’s within.

    Joey you are so right. I’m bipolar and I’m on three different pills. I want to get another psychiatrist. I was just telling my husband these pills aren’t helping me. My psychiatrist keeps doubling them. They don’t help me. They don’t get to the root of the problem. You made me feel so good about myself. You’re an intelligent man. Keep these videos going.

      Tell the doctors to stop manipulating you with the false hope of the pills your taking, they're manipulating themselves into thinking their helping on top of it, speak up if that doesn't work, report them and find a new doctor

    • @paulmusyk4lyfe51
      @paulmusyk4lyfe51 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They shouldn’t be doubling the dose. My psychiatrist certainly doesn’t do so so obviously you can’t say that it’s all psychiatrists. There are mood stabilizers with minimal effects and while they wont solve your problems altogether they can even out the mood swings. I agree that meds and therapy may not be suitable or effective for you but you do know that bipolar disorder is characteristic of depressive episodes and mania, right? Neurons are mediated by potassium and calcium and there are medications for bipolar disorder such as Lamotrigine that work directly with the transmission of neurotransmitters. If there are any mental illnesses could be fake I’ll go along with it but what can you say about schizophrenia and psychosis in which people hear and see things that are not there?

    • @davidtyndall3786
      @davidtyndall3786 ปีที่แล้ว

      Be patient with yourself and understand it's going to take a while to feel "normal" again. Really you'll never be the same again but that's not because your brain is messed up but because when we go through such things, it changes us. Don't quit quitting and don't settle for less then you will allow. You're not going to feel "good" for a while and that's ok. Gotta be ok with not being ok sometimes. Hope things are well..🌷

    Dang dude idk why your video played on my TH-cam but I’m glad I was washing my dishes and couldn’t shut it off. I resonated with so much of what you said. I had everything most guys ever want and I still wasn’t happy. I worked so hard for a life I didn’t even want. I’m glad I realized it before I got old. Transitioning was tough but I’m happier with far less now. Laziness was never my problem either. It was the having to play a role like if I was an actor that got to me. I couldn’t disrespect the disrespectful, I couldn’t give good advice when people were making bad choices. It was all about the revenue. God forbid I tell them the truth if it meant losing business. Society is mentally sick at large and the ones that aren’t have their reputations hit like they’re the sick ones. Good topic of discussion.

    I used to take anti depressant meds because society told me the reason I was sad about my parents separating was a chemical imbalance.
    Little did I know it’s normal to feel like fucking shit about something tragic, and once I started the meds I felt like my chemical state was in their control (which is supposed to be the BENEFIT LOL)
    anyways, getting off them sucked, cause I started to feel like a human again
    Then it stopped sucking. Because being a human is really really awesome, and god is good.

    I struggle to forgive the 'elites' who put us, and keep us, in this unholy mess. Those are the ones I could be violent towards. I can't and won't ever forgive them. Am I wrong?

      Well, it might be hard to believe but i think they're actually doing us a favor in a round about way. They're forcing us to evolve spiritually faster than we would in a world that didn't have the negative polarity that they create. But i fully understand where you are coming from and i feel the same way sometimes.

      @@joeythegypsy interesting. Is there really a "they" out there or is it just one consciousness evolving in different bodies and time and space?

    Joey I can listen to your opinion on any subject. It's crazy it's like I know all of these things that you say and I totally agree with them. I haven't ever put the puzzle together correctly it's almost like I've been missing just enough pieces to say F*?K it and pretend not to care. Five years ago I left working for people who are no better than I am in most cases I am better at their job then they are but they either kissed more ass or they were there first so in todays society that means they get to tell me what to do. I now work more than anyone I know but nobody would know it because I do it all night and I don't bring it up because i'm happy to do it. If I have to go back and get a job I will but after the last 5 years I will probably say very little because I learned making somebody feel shitty even if it's 100% valid sucks. It not only hurts them it hurts me. 999

    I think we should build our own homes. Learn the skill while young, build the home how we want it not some greedy government/company.

    The narcissism is unreal Joey. That's the problem that we are going through right now. But Joey, I want you to also think that the people who are saying that they are suffering from mental illness probably are suffering from something. If there was nothing for them to cry about then it wouldn't even exist

    You put the entire world and society into a small box based on your experiences from low level jobs. That’s not fair but understand that’s what you relate to. More skilled jobs and work that requires more credentials and schooling often don’t treat employees as such. Great points on treating women too. We all do it, but good to see your conscience kick in. Your a solid dude.

      As is people have a right to treat labourers poorly. You know what jobs we could survive without when shit hits the fan? You're so called skilled labour. People building shelter and providing food are the real backbone of society and for you to pretend those people have low skill that somehow merits disrespect is what you resonate with. People with university degrees looking down on the people who literally feed and house them is a big old joke my friend. Cheers.
