It is NOT the Pakeha Roll. It is the GENERAL ROLL, and anyone of any race or religion can be on it. Even his comments are racist. There should be no other Roll other than the General Roll.
If we the majority in NZ are not smart, TPM will take over by being the dominant role player, like he said by threats, or coercion or the need to get into power.
The Treaty of Waitangi (to respect its correct name) has no provision for maori seats or other racist endeavours. It describes all as equal citizens under one government. @Paul-tq3tn
@rodphilson5541 I'm not so sure about speaking out, sometimes it's the silent majority who turn things around. After all if Labour and the Greens, who should be called the browns, as they no longer represent the planet, but woke social justice, that they must have TPM to be in govt, the silent majority won't be voting for that side of the aisle.
I'm an older New Zealander in my 80s. I had a lot of time for John years ago when i saw him as a real good guy with the interests of all New Zealanders at heart. Lately, i'm seeing another John Tamihere which concerns me a lot. Like talking about or referring about me and my culture as something else. What for instance, on this video, is the 'pakeha roll'??? In my humble opinion there should not be any separate 'Rolls", we should all be on one 'Roll', only, as all New Zealand citizens. The problem is Maori do not want to be recognised as New Zealanders, like most of us and they want, 'separatism", that is why they do not call themselves New Zealanders. It's only us whitey's who see ourselves as New Zealanders. Our country will never be united as long as this attitude exists. God save us. Veteran.
@@briansatchell2319 Most Maori now do know what he is all about.. and he is relevant only in his own mind as when I talk to Maori they call him a con man and a criminal.. he does not fool all Maori.
Define “ what is a Maori “ ? Every time I ask this I get a lot of woke BS answers that basically involve chucking a few Maori words into an English sentence and assuming that’s good to go . It’s like blokes competing in woman’s sports - it might be woke - but it’s not right .
Telling Maori to go on the Maori roll is telling Maori how to vote, there will be an expectation and outcome from voters who join the Maori roll other than if they had stayed on the general roll.
If o wanted to be on the Maori role I would be, but I choose not to be cos I want to be equal to everyone else. It’s not a pakeha role. It’s a collective role
This guy is so bright he as out thought himself. Those Maori who are not on the Maori roll are far more intelligent than he is...they don't want a bar of his antics.
Couldn't be more divisive if you tried. Maybe Maori handouts need to come from taxes derived from Maori businesses and employees and see how that works for them. Do the sums and then see how you feel.
Convicted of fraud. And brains behind Te Parti Maori. A criminal organistion.

Pakeha seats? Pakeha roll? What racist world does he live in?
His own one

Treacherous teachings for a treasonous outcome.
As far as I know there are no other western democracies that have a system where electoral seats are based on ethnicity only.
Maybe it's because they don't have a treaty?
RUBBISH

@Paul-tq3tn
@masksarelies391 it also says Maori will be represented in government.
Spoken like a true psychopath.
This maori will always stay on the General Roll & I certainly won't vote for TPM
Welcome my brother from another mother
Same with me. I hope we are the majority.
I know its hard but more of you who think the same need to speak out.

What is a Pakeha seat.
Surely he means General seats
@@Digmen1 nah I think he means pakeha seat cos he wants to create division cos hes a hateful racist with a massive chip on his shoulder

the brown thing has gone too their heads.
Money corrupts.
Made a great wealthy life for himself and his family from the general population and system yet rants hate on it? WT?
It keeps him on the pay roll. But most Maoris can't see that

So John wants to get rid of racist seats, what about race based unelected Maori voters on local councils, not to mention the Waitangi council.

Pita Sharples famously said "you're as maori as you feel".

Lesser choice because you do not get to vote for PM or the controlling party.
Jail bait...JT...in your dreams, you are finished!
What is a Pakeha Roll, sounds like a racist roll to me.
Sadly it's called apartheid. They've separated us all by race. South Africa here we come.
The constant use of Pakeha is unnecessary and offensive.

There are 1 million 1/16th maori in New Zealand.

Labour are fast becoming the social credit from days of old.
More money for him that is
Tamahere ,where did the 106 million of assets come from?who donated the cash to purchase and the cash on hand? The chocks haven't seen a cent for food!
So, if the whole of New Zealand goes on the "Maori roll", what then?
It becomes a general roll and all seats are contestable by all again.

What happened to the enquiry on this grifter,"
democracy allows Maori to decide , a growing group of racist commentators using social media are creating racial division and unrest
Not all people on the Maori roll support Tpm they support good Nz Maori who grew up as Nzers
If you're on the Maori roll, you can only vote for the maori seats, and isn't that only labour and tpm?
"Politics is very simple." 😅
