Hey, really appreciate the review! Definitely needs some work but I'm glad you like it. I can go back and disable the havok settling on those items. Oddly that didn't happen to me when I was testing it (except for the dishes in the drying rack, which is why they're static now). Thanks again, keep up the good work!
This looks good. It's now finally worth the 200K price point. Of course, I'm still more blown away by madrox's Akila home. If I return to this game it wouldn't be to decorate (which is a headache and I'm still scared everything will disappear) and so a fully furnished and swanky apartment is my preference.
Wow, such a difference between vanilla and Lively’s take. I think think this is a quite nice place. The fridge definitely needs some aesthetics help!! Off course I love the mannequins, lol!! The dining is extremely nice, love the walls, so much different than the rest of the apartment!! Thank you Feb for the great showcase! Have a great night!
Sweet. Please continue with starfield content. Been bouncing between starfield and getting back into fallout 4. I am hoping mode authors will start adding interactions with things like showers, pools, weight benches etc.
Real need to have mods to see through roof in the garden of the Lodge as well as the roof from the balcony of the Sky Suite of Neon ... At least it's not the increased price by mod for Dream Home ( 125 000 to 425 000 )
yeah personally it's too Akila for Neon's aesthetic but not a bad mod, though i wish they would remove the visual effect that cutting the upstairs in half (took me forever to find what was doing that when making my personal version of Sky Suite)
Interesting, thank you. I'll have a look. Also, I completely agree about it having more of an Akila vibe, but 1. I wanted to build up Sky Suite, and 2. I kinda didn't feel a good vibe when trying to use the Neon build kits. So, it is what it is.
The fridge offers a lot of potential for confusion with the washer/dryer combo until you make a poor choice and try to tumble-dry your dishes. I know the mod author has made a massive improvement over the vanilla version but even their considerable talent has been taxed to the max trying to make the place liveable. I share your angst over non-static items in the game. I would like moveable items that I get to have a say over when they get picked up and where I move them, and until that time, they are glued in place. Not items that act like an invisible cat is stalking the counters, slapping things off just to spite me.
Oooh an invisible cat - when I wake up in the morning to items being on the floor when I know they weren't there last night, my cats tell me a big cat came in and did it and ran away. Your explanation is much better :D
@@FebrithDarkstar In my head, I see it as a perfect job for a Cheshire Cat. If you are lucky enough to look quick, you might see their grin hanging in the air as the bottle hits the floor.
I can see we’re gonna have that Skyrim problem where there’s just not enough room for me to house a Army. Oh, well, they can all go back to one of my bases and keep my livestock company….
The extra floor was needed and is well-constructed, but I'm finding the rest pretty unappealing. The new side room doesn't match the rest of the space at all and has too many stairs. And spaking of too many - what's with all the mannequins everywhere? I'd get it for the new upstairs space, but I'd junk almost everything and redecorate.
Hehe I really loved that dining room even though it doesn't fit with the aestheic of the rest of the place, maybe even because of that! But toally yeah, the mannequins have to go :D
Starfield was the biggest disappointment since I've been playing video games some 40 years now. With the beauty and grandeur and awe-inspiring views of Skyrim & The incredible artistry and creativity of fallout I thought that starfield was going to be the pinnacle I thought that it was going to be a masterpiece it ended up being the exact opposite after 8 hours of nothing but really lame dialogue options and pretty much nothing but boring buildings and landing pads on top of the game making it clear that it had every intention of making me do a ton of boring grinding I just couldn't force myself to play anymore of it I really didn't want to accept it so I tried to make sure I gave it at least a fair shake But eventually I just had to put the controller down. I really really hope that in a few years when it's loaded with mods it will be a different experience but based on my first experience I don't intend to even give it another chance for a couple of years.
I just watched Major Slack make an episode where he showed a bunch of mods that were just added a week or so ago…it even adds a survival mode option now ☺️… I can’t play it because I only have a PS4 and, as far as I know, it’s not going to be available for me ever😞…but you should check out Major Slack…he has done a lot of Starfield videos and they are fun to watch ☺️😉

There's no rhyme or reason to it with Bethesda lol - and thanks for the fab mod:)
The skylights were the best.

Me too right now until the decorative items are expanded massively!

you should check out the mod unlimited mannequins on bethesda creation section it allows you to build as many as you want in outpost or apartments.
@@woodchopper1752 I will do, thank you!
Definitely! Thank you:)
Also Elianora has done Akila's stretch apartment.

Totally and will do:)
👍
Yes please do more of starfield
Will do:)
Yup. That's a Starfield house. Bit of a stretch to call it a home though, even after a bit of decore.
Lol well it's a great deal better than the crappy starter home! :)

I have no idea what's causing it but I'd be glad to rectify it if you'd like to share.
@@livelymods it should be one of the Post Effect Volume markers in the elevator if I'm remembering right.

@@livelymods fair, my sky suite was very playing into that vibe, a high class Ryujin apartment that's all style and no substance.

Kind of rustic. Who’s your mate. Does he fight as hard as Inigo?
Nowhere near - they should have consulted Smartbluecat before making the companions in this game!:)

Fair enough! My experience was pretty much the same as yours, I went through phases of excitement for it and then pure boredom though!
The Akila theme stood out too much and feels out of place. Preferred a modern/cyberpunk-ish theme to retain the original feel.
Fair enough:)
