buzhtac yes , well what help me was using some tape and marking the frets and it narrowed it down so I can be quick and find them. Just keep playing and try narrowing it down also try to not keep your fingers in the middle of the fret more to the edge so you can get your fingers to further notes

I though the / meant to slide to another fret, and H meant to hammer on? Like, A- 5 / 8 means play the A string on the fifth fret, then slide to 8, and that B- 6 h 7 meant play the B string on the sixth fret and hammer on the seventh fret?
I'm pretty sure Hammering On is like, when you play a string, say string D on fret 4, and you firmly place a different finger on a higher fret of the same string (usually the next fret up, but it could be any fret up) while it's still ringing, so that it causes a shift to a higher note. So basically, if you played a fourth note, and then hammered on, you'd basically be playing two eighth notes. Unless you're just talking about hammering strings, which I think is a term Bass players use when tapping strings with their strumming hand, as opposed to plucking them. I'm not a musician or anything, I just like fucking around on Guitar, so I very well could be wrong about all this
