lekker, I'm Welsh and speak Welsh and it's great to see this comedy in Afrikaans! I don't speak Afrikaans so I need the subtitles, but it's a great window on the Afrikaans world and it is the most cool language in the world - love the sound of it. I studied German in school and just wish German was more like Afrikaans - would be so much better. You've got a great language, great music (loved the Snotkop reference!) a rich diverse multi-ethnic culture in Afrikaans, laugh and celebrate it! Welsh language stand up is also a lot of jokes about the language and attitude of Welsh-speakers and non-Welsh speakers to the language and having a laugh with it.
Lol why would you wish that a language you CHOSE to study is more like another language? Neither are your language, if German isn’t to your liking, stick to your native tongue

Yes its form Dutch . I speak Afrikaans mostly .
