God, Jules looked STUNNING here. What most people don't know (because they haven't watched the special episodes!! Watch those guys!!) is how depressing and anxious Jules's life was around this time. Nate was threatening her life, her mom was out and flipped back into addiction/ovedose again, her life was literally spiralling out of control. Plus there was Rue. The girl who everybody said was sober because of only her. That is a lot of false responsibility that shouldn't be put on anybody, let alone a teenager.
How do people hate Jules in this like did you not see the full episode or series in general? She’s dealing with a lot of stuff and though I don’t agree with her leading Rue on because of that I don’t even think she knows she’s doing that
Fr like even without the special episode we clearly saw Jules was getting blackmailed by Nate into committing a crime that’s enough stress for someone to deal with plus the stress she feels with rues codependency and obviously her mom OD’ing
she's not leading Rue on I agree. Its from Rue's POV and you'll get to know in Rue's special episode how many things that happened was all made up in her head. Jules definitely did love Rue a lot but they weren't together officially. They never talked about their feelings at all. Jules has always been open about her sexuality and possibly adventurous/polyamorous nature.

i didn’t like jules that much at first either, thought she was bad for rue and ofc i love lexi but you have to remember that jules is going through so much and after all she’s just a little girl who’s trying to figure out her life. i hope they all get it together in season 2
It was understandable because of how quickly she switched up on Rue and how cold she was being towards her. But I do agree that she shouldn't have gotten so much hate because it was clear that she was dealing with something of her own and her special episode revealed that to us
