After watching this video I'm going to officially say Pac was a member of Mob. James said himself they didn't have an official way of putting on.. But he also said he didn't consider himself a Leader nor Shot Caller.. Pac was also a businessman who got put down by the Little Homies.. He also admits that Bountry out of his own mouth said Pac did certain things that put Pac the Mob! So Pac was Put on by Bountry & Tray & the rest of the a little homie. So again out of his own mouth Pac "took penitentiary chances" in the MGM & other fights"
I also believe James would say that a few other cats he don't like were not really Mob.. His brother who he respects felt that Pac was "wit tha business!" He just wasn't around to see it & that doesn't make it not true.

In regards to a question about who made him want to claim the hood, and the interviewer mentioned James’ name, I quote: “Yeah……he was a main factor….” He took maybe a second, or two to respond, but he definitely gave it up. 💯

Why this a recommended video? Still a great interview. Not from USA and don't understand the street policy over there but if o.g mobb can't take in pac as other members took him and he can't stop them from seeing pac as one of their own simply means he's s not the Capone of his gang crew nor does he has the muscle to command respect from them. Honestly if he had said it then, he may have himself kicked out. When Capone is cool with one, you don't need jump-in for you to accept the one. It implies you have little respect for your affiliate tbh

He was trying to bring people together from all walks of life. He was rolling with Big Syke in 92, 93 probably even earlier then that way before DR. Big syke was a crip. So 2pac knew gang politics etc. I wouldn't say he was trying to fit in because people gravitated towards him like a magnet.

Suge already said Pac was Mob Piru (in the American Knightmare documentary), Trayvon says Pac was Mob Piru, James says Pac claimed Mob Piru, and Pac represented MOB his entire time on Death Row. Plus there are Blood subliminals on both of his Death Row albums (U can’t C Me 😂 [They will never C the P], Krazy, etc). For some reason square Pac fans think they understand Damu and Kiwe culture and cite lyrics from Pre-Death Row Pac as evidence that Pac was not a Piru 😂. Pac NEVER shouted MOB prior to coming to Death Row. It stands for Mob Piru, plain and simple (and yes, MOB is used as an acronym for Money Over Bitches, Members of Blood, and other things; but it’s a Blood acronym in their neck of the woods, period). Furthermore, Suge didn’t allow the gang affiliated artists on Death Row to blatantly bang their affiliations on records, which is why no square knew that Snoop was a Crip when he was on Death Row (the most he did was throw up Rollin 20s in photos and use minimal Crip subliminals). Snoop didn’t blatantly represent the Crips in his music and videos until he got with No Limit. But yeah, Pac was Mob Piru.
