    THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! From the Eazy-E interview the other day, I had a commentator debating with ME about this incident. And I hope he or she reads this. That agreement between Ruthless and DeathRow concerning Dr. Dre as an exclusive producer for Ruthless Records was ONLY a five to six year agreement. That contractual agreement is complete and void. Dre can produce or write WITHOUT having to pay Tamika Wright/Ruthless ANY percentages. The person that debated ME didn't understand that if their beliefs were true about Dre not putting out Detox, then he wouldn't have produced any other albums. He did The AfterMath, Firm and other artists; which flopped! But then came back and did Chronic 2001 and produced many #1 albums and acts. Kendrick Lamar, Game, 50 Cents and best selling act Eminem. He has fulfilled his obligation with Ruthless Records. And it has been rumored that Mike Klien actually has unreleased material of Eazy-E. ©2023

    • @OS-kg9kt
      @OS-kg9kt ปีที่แล้ว

      iirc that 6 year agreement started from the time dre signed with ruthless. so from 87/88 to about 93/94ish. i dont even think eazy's estate made any money off of California love either. eric passed in 95 before the pac record was made. there was a period of time dre didnt make music because he was in debt to DR, interscope, etc, other personal stuff was going on. producing for em actually saved him professionally and personally.

      @@OS-kg9kt no when eazy e died. ruthless was taken over

    • @kevinfarries5726
      @kevinfarries5726 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@OS-kg9kt I think you are a bit off on that info. According to MY memory from that time period, the 5:or 6 year agreement started from the time the case was settled somewhere between 91-93. Take into account according to his Ruthless contract, Dre was in dishonor by producing an album for another label while he was an exclusive producer for Ruthless Records. And the order only had to do with points from The Chronic album. I don't believe anything else was included. And even if it were, Dre didn't produce any other stuff after. I don't believe he produced one song on Doggystyle. Plus Eazy-E was dead in the spring of 95. Who was going to file a contempt of court order charge? And why would he have to pay for California Love? That agreement was furfilled at that point. ©2023

    • @mikeklein8609
      @mikeklein8609 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have your facts wrong. There was no agreement between Ruthless records and Death Row Records. The agreement was with Interscope.

    • @kevinfarries5726
      @kevinfarries5726 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mikeklein8609 well Interscope is the parent company of DeathRow. Right? MY facts can't be too wrong. There were incidents, accusations of duress, assaults, kidnappings and cases filed; including a RICO case including Dick Griffey and Tommy Matolla . And those are FACTS! Regardless of who the ultimate defendant became. And it was agreed that Eazy-E/ Ruthless Records were to receive a percentage of any of Dr Dre's productions for a term between 5 to 6 years only. I stayed up on this through reading before anyone could imagine an internet. And since you are responding to little old know nothing ME, where are the unreleased Eazy-E songs? ©2023

Seems like everybody nowadays claim they were there for this and there for that. However when Reggie and James tell it I feel like it's all 100% facts. This is the Real Timeline:
    NOV 1989 - DOC gets into an accident.
    1990 - This led to Suge and Dre looking at their contracts. They said DOC was getting a Rolex for writing songs and had that in the contract.
    1990/91 - Suge and James and them went to Ruthless office to get all their artist contracts (Dre, DOC, ATL, Michel'le)
    April 91 - Dr Dre sets up Eazy to meet with him at Solar records. Suge came with Buntry and other Goons.
    Late 91/Early 92 - Ruthless hires Mike Klein for security

    Ok I have to do a part 2 to this video. This video also proves that there were other run ins with Eazy-E. I have had debates with DustyVision TV himself and he throws insults like I don't know this history, to a point I don't much watch his interviews. MY point is they wouldn't have put that on the movie if it were completely fabricated. The original story that was told in the early 90's was that Eazy-E was assaulted with pipes and baseball bats to sign over contract's. Even Jerry spoke of some sort of intimidation tactics. Whether true or not, there was an incident that Eazy-E filed a RICO Case against Suge, Dre and DeathRow. I believe he even had Dick Griffey and Tommy Matolla as participants or involved. I read an article in the Source back around 92 before that Welcome to DeathRow VHS. That's why I think it is impertinent to interview Timmy Ru. He stated on a channel many years ago; without saying TOO MUCH that Eazy-E put his foot in his mouth and got dealt with. Now that has to be a completely different situation from the one James was present on. ©2023

      The last album was being done when it was mixed there was a bunch of legal obligations Dre only did a couple of appearances the tension was there on 10. So maybe around August of 91 was when Eazy was confronted by Suge hence Deep Cover was recorded October/November released April 92
      Suge was at the wet and wild party in 1990 no sign of trouble maybe Suge asked to read Dre contracts mid/late 90 they denied him maybe June 91 was when Mob and Suge went to Ruthless

I really hate he did James like that. Becky I remember a few episodes ago when James was on there norm was saying James was bout to have his own show or something of that nature but I guess that was just smoke and mirrors before he betrayed James smh. Suge was only tuff when he had a crew around him. When James was at the office he had a gun, why didn’t he put the gun down and use his hands. Death row always rolled with a crew. It eventually crashed and burned when the money got slow then ended up killing each other 👏🏾👏🏾 talk about Self Destruction

    • @olle84

      Fact is eazy e was never scared of deathrow, he sure as hell was never touched by them, listen to mob james interview on vlad and vlad interview by bg knoccout and keefe d...the crips would have destroyed the bloods and deathrow if that ever happened. You people sayin otherwise dont know LA gang politics. Crips outnumber bloods in every sense and eazy e had all the compton crips behind him

      If you’re making a certain kinda money, you need security. I know hood rich Kats that have some form of security. Being a gang member doesn’t make you bullet proof. Pac had a gang of Bloods with him when he was killed. Anyway, God bless the memory of Eazy E.
