I can't help but think of the man and the pain he was in the night before he took his life while I was a CNA working in a facility where they didn't have any one to call in so they allowed me and one other girl to be in charge of four halls with about twenty residents on each Hall. all he needed was his medication, or at least that is what they let me to believe. funny he switched rooms with another maybe to help ease mind I still don't know the truth. but I worked my ass off and then another night came around where again they were going to be short handed and so I said well your going to be short another hand as well. I don't have enough training to cover all four halls again I'm to tired to come and work. I was fired. they could of at least given me unemployment, shit I paid into it and kept my mouth shut
