A little late, but just in case you do see this, this song was written in honor of her grandmother, who passed away in 2020, and maybe a year or two after her grandfather died. So she lost them both fairly close in time. Those recordings are real messages her grandmother left for her. One of her biggest fans. I read in an interview that her grandmother often urged her to put more videos on TH-cam so she could watch them. If that isn't one of the sweetest things ever I sure don't know what is.
Anyway, the two older women that appear are her great-aunt, the sister of her grandmother, and her mother. Her mother also happens to be a respected classical soprano and a university level vocal instructor.

Hi. You had reacted to Loren once before. It was about 1 year ago when she sang Never Enough on David Foster (she is the original singer from the movie The Greatest Showman).
