i honestly think this book turned out to be my favorite AH read - Love, Theoretically comes as a close second tho! I just loved the different vibe this book had, not as romcom-y as her others. It was a nice change of pace from what i normally read!
I think most people don’t heed the authors note from Ali. She says it’s more of an “erotic” read, hence the level of spice. If spice isn’t for them, this book won’t be for them. Personally, I loved it 😍
After not being an Ali Hazelwood fan... Her last two books Check & Mate and BRIDE were both 5 star reads for me, so I am looking forward to reading this, but excess spice doesn't work for me unless I'm reading Dark Romance or if it's needed as part of the plot somehow 🤷🏻♂
saw your first comment lol! (even if you delete them we are still notified via email x) can you let me know what you thought was a spoiler? it’s hard to tell sometimes what is and isn’t a spoiler x
at the 4 minute mark i’m talking about what happens in the first few chapters/everything mentioned is actually in the synopsis or first chapter. at the 6 minute mark i really just talk about my feelings on the characters and their personalities. at the 7 minute mark i don’t really say what actually happens just that what i thought would happen did happen. and that it’s very spicy and a lot of spicy scenes. at the end i just give my rating and final thoughts on the book, being more interested in the science plot vs the romance and i mention one thing about a character that she does that i don’t like. if you can tell me where you feel a spoiler is i can take the feedback and try to keep it in mind ❤️
