I do my best to asses the risk/reward ratio, and invest in the most profitable companies but we all know that’s what everybody aims for. But with Sir Maxwell at the helm of my affairs I have built up a solid portfolio and generated over $500K in profits consistently trading on the stock market. It’s amazing

Some tips, in no particular order:
      1 Separate emotions from objectives
2 Start Investing as early as possible
3 Bring balance into your financial plan
4 Set up and stick with sound cashflow management
5 Might be the most important especially if you’re a newbie, It’s a too most people over look, invest with a Fund Manager. I say this because it is what helped me turn around my financial situation.

Well he’s Sir M Maxwell, quite frankly the best I’ve worked with, I operate a MAM Account managed to him. I invested $8k and got a return of $24k after our fist 14 days of trading. It made no sense to just let my money sit in my account. And it’s much better than I would do on my own

As a Boomer who will be 59 this year I have written a book and workbook which is sold on Amazon as well as from my website using affiliate links is also another option for me. As a dabbler of some, master of none, I would like to refocus my energy on learning and developing a skill set that enables myself to create things. However with my personality, I am the guy who needs to know every little thing before the project is even started. That is quite the hindrance. Start before knowing every little detail, adjust as needed. Setting a schedule can also help. Fear it can be restrictive, but it can be used as a guide as long as schedule is flexible. In my opinion, passive income is hand off. You don’t have to handle the customer interaction of the sale, nor ship anything. I had a product based business for over ten years and that was not passive. But the designs I upload to places like Society 6 or Spoonflower-those are passive. My most hands on aspect is getting my designs found. But it s so nice getting automatic deposits and I didn’t even have to thank the customer. (But I do!).

I started watching this, fell asleep, woke back up with the video paused...
... and seeing that charismatic smile, that awesome green thumbnail with Mr. Benjamin to your right and the dollar sign to the left🤑
.... I'm jumping back in at the point where you're talking about affiliate links. I thought we were not allowed to put them into the description?. I wonder if you can give some more insight into that.
Is it only bigger TH-camrs that are allowed to put them in the descriptions, or is it certain links that are not allowed to be used? I thought it was susceptible to penalizacion for putting any links into your description other people do it all the time. I thought they were just taking a chance because we are not supposed to take people off of the platform.🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm making TH-cam videos but only two months in so 70 wonderful subscribers who I appreciate. Joined teachable looking to upload material that I created and earned from lecturing pre-covid. I'm glad for your encouragement regarding the website as I'm looking to sell some original art. Basically I see where the world is heading and I'm trying to create a lucrative presence online. Therefore, thanks for this video it's just in time.

Oil and gas royalties and mineral rights can also be a source of passive income. Mineral rights can be purchased, and most types do not obligate the mineral owner to pay any expenses related to drilling or operating the well. It's more of a long-term, purposeful strategy - not a get rich quick scheme.

Nice video Robert! All the information was very insightful. I have started dividend investing back in January and created a personal website focused around investing, spending time doing what we love, and the power of mindset. Just getting off the ground but it feels so rewarding to start and keep pushing towards goals. Thanks for the great content, keep it up!

3:22 😳 bruh...I never in a million years would ever think one of the people I look up to and have learned so much from would utter my name in a video. I’m still a fan and a student. So, thank you for the shout-out.
I’m on standby for when you’re ready. 😀👏👍
QOTD: I like and have used most of these models in some capacity. The best for me is affiliate marketing. I get paid everyday by one or more affiliate program sales. Some pop up out of nowhere sometimes and I’ll forget who they were and when I mentioned them.
Here’s a fun one for you. Did you know if you publish an audiobook through ACX, you can get a special bounty link for referring people to your audiobook? If they sign up for Audible and stay for one full month after a free trial, you get a $75 referral fee. No matter the cost or length of the audiobook. 🤔

Hey, I really have been interested in the Digital Downloads side of things for the longest time. However, I still have not figured out how I would go about the marketing side of things, if I don't even have any audience, anywhere online or offline. I have a relatively good amount of experience with Graphic design and Video production, so I can make templates, presets, and so on rather well. Except without an audience anywhere on any platform, how would I go about putting myself out there for potential customers?
    -Thanks a bunch
