It's stressful. I literally lift weights all day and night to relieve stress on stress like I'm a mad man or something 😔. We have to start living in the present moment more im thinking. But yes it's really stressful right now. People all have different ways of coping
@@judithaalex I lift and lift and lift.. I never really stop ..like I'm lifting now. Gonna lift all night tonight. It just makes me look really good. Like how my body is.. . But do believe it's helping far as stress levels
@judithaalex That's deeper aspect, but I'm working on more than just my body. my personality, finances, and spiritual self . I'm only getting better at being myself. My personality was already good before my body. The body thing makes you hard to resist even if you not trying anything, hard to explain..and people present opportunities based only off your looks.
