I'm planning on going to medical school and don't really have anyone to ask about my situation.. what did you take for your prerequisites? im not sure rather to take human a and p courses or biology and chemistry? I don't understand really what benefits me more in the long run
I'm not american, but in canada it's basically the same. So there is 4 years of college/undergrad, then 4 years of medical school, and then 3-7 years of residency. You could also go into a 6 year medical program straight from high school though.

Doing courses that are science based help when studying for the MCAT since the info would be familiar
