Since it’s a 4x4 unit the tire specs should be AT All Terrain and not HT. Ford should consider this.

The purpose of the double press unlock key for the tail gate is that if you want to open only the doors of the vehicle the tailgate remains locked not for the prevention of accidentally pressing the unlock key when they key fob is in your pocket. And also i dont get the reasoning behind the removal of the hood strut for the reason you said it is better for the maintenance of the owner because they already added a lot of features, huh? The only reason for the removal of the hood strut is for cost cutting, every penny counts. I own the outgoing model of the ranger and i can say that the hood strut is a welcome feature when checking & topping fluids, battery etc, if ford wants to ease the maintenance of the new ranger for the owner, a hard plastic intake tube in replacement for the pesky and notorious intake rubber hose would be better. That being said i will be getting the new generation ranger and the first thing i will do is change those two things.
