You guys are very talented - been listening to a great deal of Stanley Brothers, Flatt & Scruggs and you guys fit in the mix perfectly... Very 😎 Cool... Their music and yours identifies with what America was and should continue to be about- God and Country. Thanks for your videos : ) 👌🪕🎻🎸👍❤️
It seems to be forgotten these days that a song is a story set to music. Great job. My father wore bib overalls just about everywhere but to church and union meetings. Among other things he was a damn builder to power Oak Ridge TN. Of course he didn't know that he was helping build the bomb. Before I ramble too far. Is that a Gibson 00 guitar? There was a time when I had one. Don't remember where it came from or went. Wish I'd kept it. Worth a fortune now days. Swapping pocket knives and guitars was just something you did once upon a time.
Thanks, my Grandpa wore Bib overalls also. I think he did some work for the CCC during the depression he was a preacher and he too never wore overalls to church. That guitar was an old Harmony my uncle Rick bought recently, it's a beautiful little instrument. Thanks for reaching out. Swapping knives and guitars still goes on but very little.
Love it! Thanks Anthony and Rick for the great music and that great recitation!
