Only one or two moments do not define these games. It is how much work rate, a player puts in the entire game. If u watched those matches most of the times Ronaldo came from bench. In those cases, Erik Ten Hag believed Ronaldo will run more, but probably in the contrary Ronaldo was seen mostly in Utd half, which probably unlike what Ten Hag wants. Ronaldo's finishing was a concern, he is a striker meant to score goals, in his own desperation and frustration on pitch, it was visibly clear, his finishing lacked that X factor, which feared most defenders and goalkeepers.
