    In Spain we also use "ustedes" when we address a group of people respectfully (customers, elder people, etc.), people whom we would individually address with "usted", whereas "vosotros" is the plural form of tú. It's true that the use of usted-ustedes as treatment of respect is declining in Spain. Certainly that is the case in the Basque Country, where I live. Personally I find it irritating to see young people addressing the elder as tú-vosotros.

    There is a Universal way to learn any language. Learn their music and sing it! I learned English listening to the Beatles and many others. You can learn Spanish listening to great music in Spanish but try no to stick with the modern trash music there is today, try something fancier from the 80's.
    I learned a bit of German the same way, Russian too. Not much but hey, it works it is a fun and if you like the songs you never get tired of repeating it.

      Yes it is certainly one way, that helps but I suppose everybody has to be driven my their interests.
