Oatly " Ikaffe"is the Best for coffees!!! It is made specifically for coffee. It tastes amazing and is much easier to steam, compared to regular oat milk. So good!!

i've tried a few alternatives to my vanilla soy from alpro (PERFECT creamy vanilla latte!) But sometimes you just want something less sweet. I found most other plant milks to be very watery and alter the flavour of the coffee too much! Does it have much of a flavour?
i’ve been a barista for about 2 years now and I have to say macadamia nut milk is my favorite to make coffee’s with! the brand my shop uses is called milkadamia! it steams sooooo nice and kinda tastes like a glazed donut! I totally recommend it!
Alpro have a barista range that's made for foaming comes in oat, coconut, soy and almond also great for cooking with. Anyways forget that Indie is the cutest! Growing up so quickly 🤗
The brand oatly make an oat milk that says barista in it which is like made to like be hot and stuff like that with coffee and it tastes so creamy and doesn’t have a taste like other oat milks. So that brand is oatly and it’s in a grey colored carton!

Totally recommend Milk Lab non-dairy milks if you can find them in the U.K. They’re made specifically for coffee and taste amazing, especially the almond one!
Coconut milk is my fave for coffee because it is thicker than almond milk and does not end up all watery. there are also almond and coconut milk mixes that are quite good.
I'm a barista and I prefer almond milk!! My shop uses Pacific Natural Foods, but I use whatever I can find at home. For some reason, soy milk is better with matchas though. Hope that helped!
The Alpro ‘for professionals’ barista style coconut milk!!! We use it at costa, you can’t buy it in stores but I think you can get it online. Go to costa and try it first before you buy it xx
I think soy milk is definitely the best with coffee because it’s the creamiest. It’s also the easiest to heat up on the machine and doesn’t burn as easily as other plant-based milks. I find oat, rice, almond and coconut don’t work as well because they are so watery

Does oat milk have a higher frothing temp? I find that it froths up as I want it to but then just fades into the coffee after a few minutes
Dream honestly don’t know - but most plant based milk doesn’t get very frothy. Oatly’s ikaffe milk does, because it’s made specifically for baristas

I find that it doesn't hold the foam. After a while the foam just fades :(

I’m a barista, I find that coconut or hemp steam the best! But they do make special almond milk that meant for baristas so it froths better !
