Issue is most don't agree with each others views on how PD should operate. 1 Says spike after 5 minutes, others say spike immediately.
1 thinks plea deal, other thinks lock them up for 30 days. 1 thinks lets pull off too many units on this chase others think lets bring in 30 cops.
Nothing to learn from that, no right or wrong even in most cases, high command simply should make it clear how they expect cops to behave, if they don't they get striked and if it repeats they get fired. Simple consequences and simple rules. Than crims know what to expect and cops know how to act resulting in less drama.
