- Today I’m looking at the 28mm scale plastic Cromwell Cruiser tank made by Warlord games for Bolt Action. The British Cromwell is one of my favourite tanks of World War 2. Watch as I unbox the model, build it, and ramble about what I think of it. I guess you might call that a review.

This video was a lifesaver for the little fiddly parts!
Just a funny thing I noticed, the Plastic Model is actually a Cromwell Tank but the Resin painted one is not. Its was the kinda "prototype" per say of the Cromwell and is actually called a Cavalier, it never saw combat and was used as a training vehicle.
Interesting. I probably read about the cavalier before and forgot about it. Nice spotting. I guess maybe they must have got some mis labeled reference material when designing hte model or something,.
Yeah idk, I was doing some research the other day about some specific areas of tank development during WWII and stumbled across it and remembered the comment about the front fenders being different and wanted to mention it :P
It can be hard to learn all these things, they are often just missed, so I appreciate you sharing it.
A very nice model ! With a little work it could really look great ! Couple of things, from my Tamiya kit and that is the deflector was only kept on by one unit. After the Normandy Landing. The "missing" detail is the vent for the driver and gunner. It's just a raised disc and simple to make. If you'd like, I can tell you which markings to use.
You probably dont care at all but does anyone know a method to log back into an instagram account..?
