Gratitude in Strange Ways

Today, I’m reflecting on something I don’t always take the time to appreciate-the value of learning in the workplace. I had the opportunity to attend a staff orientation, and it reminded me how important it is to stay open to new knowledge, new perspectives, and new experiences.
Sometimes, we get so caught up in the routine of work that we forget how much growth happens in the process. Whether it’s learning from colleagues, adapting to new challenges, or just gaining a fresh outlook, every experience adds to who we are.
In this episode, I talk about why I’m grateful for these moments of professional and personal development-and why embracing continuous learning is key to success in any field.
