The dude with the camera got his shot ruined, the dog was scared and may have hearing damage, and other two guys have nothing to do with it and just want to see the train. Imo owner is to blame, don't bring your dog to see trains, or at least not that close. They are probably more scared than anything, and more importantly, you're in the photo line. Don't bring a dog right next to a tripod, and if you're a videographer, don't set up near dogs. Excellent videos by the way!
