He helps others understand the importance of legislation. HE ONLY BRINGS a bill to the floor when itll pass, not ignoring the rest, but putting in the work getting the leaders to work through give and take. He understands doing whats best for the most Americans possible is his job! Regardless of party, working toward the vast majority of Americans benefitting from legislation. (You know that he's the minority leader, a Democrat, right?
