23:30 just exit to main menu and reload the auto save and your war will tick up to 100%. That bug is really annoying but if you remember to reload when you think you have the war score needed, it can be worked around.
25:40 - Remembering the despoiling of Constantinople on her orders, and recalling the tactical brilliance of Baldwin's slaughter of Saladin's disembarked army to secure his own holdings, she moved the capital to Cyprus to ensure that any effort to sack her seat of power would be much more logistically difficult and strongly favor the defenders.
I really enjoyed your storytelling in this video! A small detail for the new trinity: At 2:50 Baldwin calls the actions of God the Father "cruel". He probably wouldn't say this because of the word's negative connotation. "Righteous judgement" would be more accurate. And this judgement continues after the son's sacrifice, as anyone who does not accept the gift of salvation by faith will receive their deserved judgement. Great video!!
One of the trolliest decision in the game is the one to move capital after a plague. not only the de facto capital is moved, the de jure capital county is also moved, which has no reason to be other than to troll players
23:29 You can fix this by reloading your save mid war. FYI this also fixes that annoying bug you were experiencing where leaving the war window or others would flip your mapmode to religion instead of political. That's also a glitch
Agnes probably moved the capital from Byzantium to Cyprus since she was gearing up to retake the holy land and Egypt, Cyprus was situated in the middle between Constantiople and Jerusalem, making an excellent supply route for any would be crusader. And once the dust settles, Cyprus can easily govern both Constantinople and Jerusalem from Cyprus
I was playing Baldwin a little while ago, beat Saladin, found an extra fertile wife who got pregnant, but then she and the baby died in childbirth, and Saladin came back.
@@w_d_shadowofficial Yeah God is three persons! Amen brother. But Three persons are not three pieces, because you can't divide God to pieces. I believe it's the other way around, God is the trinity, and by implying that all the parts are individual is to say that he has multiple natures, which is called Nostisism and/or that the son is God's son in a literal sense, which is called Arianism... Both of which have been condemned as heresy at the council of nicea.
@@EndoClawtrinity is pretty simple tbh. God is, the father, the son and the holy spirit, but none of the "persons" (idk if it's the proper term, that's the translation of the word we use for son/father/holy spirit in my country) is the other. Arianism is about son being subservient to the father, which ironically mightve been what Constantine the great believed during the council of nicea that branded arianism as heresy but he was not a theologian so all that shit was kinda whack to him.

Ok I gotta ask what was the point of even doing the whole erasing the byzantines from the map decisions if you were just gonna bring it back instead of continuing to remake Rome as the latins just doesn’t make sense to me good video anyway just saying
3 persons NOT pieces, if you say pieces then you are not speaking of the Trinity but of something else. There is also other theological inaccuracies in some of the things you said but at this point I don't think you were trying to be accurate but instead more lore telly if you know what I mean.

You can get the achievement Kingdom of heaven by wining a defensive war you don't have to attack Saladin but it is cooler if you do.
Funnily enough, make Baldwin an adventurer, goto a Temple holding, visit it, get cured of Leprosy.
No way that works. Sounds funny.
Probably the only time I am rooting for a Latin Empire
4:10 the achievement does count for defensive wars unless they changed it, just have to enforce demands and have both leaders alive for it work

It's a greek heritage decision, but yea weird that it's not locked when holding Latin empire.
