I rarely ever film myself. People assume I’m a bot. They look at my TH-cam channel and go “wtf” where’s the content? I just ride. My accomplishments and failures are mine to deal with. I don’t like the comment sections sometimes. It gets on the mind and causes issues. Most people are decent, but those bad ones kinda suck.

Let's be honest, adults who go to the gym for a workout are the weird ones. I'm back on the bike, and there's a pump track 12 minutes away. Why would anyone go for a jog?
Taking my kid to the ninja gym for open play helped me drop enough weight to feel comfortable getting back on my bike after like 25 years. It's equal parts "as easy as" and "way harder than" I remember. 😂
