"Stabbing in the Dark" and "IT is the End" are my favorite tracks from The Silver Scream.. I love the entire album but these two songs hold a special dopamine release for me.
Just took my son to see them live, they are every bit this good in person. Amazing show, can't recommend enough. I went for Slipknot, and left a massive Ice Nine Kills fan 🤘
My son went to see Slipknot for his 16th birthday with a friend (I didn't go). He loved them and he begged me to listen to them and now we love INK, even maybe a bit more than Slipknot.

when I first listened to The Silver Scream I genuinely didnt know what to expect them to do on the last track and the fact that it was *THIS* blew my mind, it rounded up the album perfectly and exceeding my expectations in every single way
This is the set ender and IT is amazing live 😁, Spencer with the red balloon and the mask onstage live is dope as fuck, Georgie coming out on stage. It's insane. Also someone else said, watch it again with the lyrics Dudes on the trumpet and sax are from Less than Jake, big shoutout to INK being ska/pop punk at the beginning at the start of the bands run IT is just a masterpiece.
They used to be a ska band way way way back. So I like that they went back to their roots a bit and they got the guys from reel big fish to play the brass instruments too, so extra fun.
Technically not done with the First Silver Scream Album. There's the Prologue Merry Axe-mas and Your Number's Up which the video is set between Thank God It's Friday and A Grave Mistake. Plus the really cool animated music video for Enjoy Your Slay.
They later released a "Final Cut" version of the album that included a song called "Your Numbers Up," which is a Scream themed song, but it also includes more of a bridge into the silver scream 2. You guys should react to that one as well

Same horror movie concept. Except the first silver scream story was in a fictional universe. The new story takes place in the real word, (where as the first was in INK lore) with the story being Spencer (the lead singer) allegedly murdering his real life girlfriend. As of today, these are the order of the songs/videos: Hip To Be Scared (American Psycho) Assault and Batteries ( Childs Play ) Rainy Day ( Resident Evil ) Funeral Derangements ( Pet Semetary ) The Shower Scene ( Psycho )
What do you mean fictional universe vs the real world? I've been confused about how/if the two albums music video storylines connect at all. It seems to me like both are fictional worlds, bc Spencer hasn't murdered anyone in real life(as far as we know). The band is a real thing within both album "worlds", right?
Their performance of this live was absolutely incredible, this was their encore number. They and From ashes to New covered for Falling in Reverse (who dropped out of that show last minute), and oh my god. To have them play music for over an hour was absolutely incredible

They shot this at Canobie Lake Park in NH!! They shot it at their haunted mine attraction .... and that ride scared the F&*K out of me as a kid!! Gone to Canobie my whole life, so when I found out they filmed this there I was like HELL YEAH!!

This is the first video I am watching of yours but I loved the reactions. Had a very similar one. They did such a great job at bringing their version of Pennywise to life. Also so many interesting things that you notice or hear in the lyrics after multiple times. Like the clown horn turns into a heart. INK is so good and I only discovered them this year.
For their next album. I’d love for the band to write their own concept record. Where the album is a film and each v Song/video tells parts of the story.

I love the insidious sinister rise. Something about Pennywise the clown is pretty scary, but what makes it sickening is Pennywise coming for the children. „Prey on the pure in heart, feed on their body parts… You know what makes me smile? Devoured juveniles… Their innards tangled in my twisted grin. Chuckled so hard I choked, call that an inside joke. They say that laughter is the best medicine..“ They’ve done an amazing job capturing the disturbing sinister feeling that is associated with Pennywise. This is such an underrated song.
Can't wait for Silver Scream 2, BUT I would also suggest either continuing to check out the rest of the songs without videos, or doing an album reaction video where you check out the rest of the songs because there are gems among the non-singles too that would be great content to react to for horror fans especially. Just saying, these albums are great, not just the videos, and you seem to enjoy INK enough that I'm sure you'd love the rest too! That would also give you a chance to dive more into lyrics etc.

Agreed, as much as I like The Silver Scream, Welcome to Horrorwood somehow tops that album and is one of my all time favorites.

I really enjoy that Spencerwise’s costume/makeup has elements of Tim Curry’s Pennywise and Bill Skarsgard’s and is still unique to him.
