- Thousands of people were rendered homeless by massive demolition drives at areas like Pragati Maidan, Tughlakabad, and Mehrauli, ahead of the G20 summit in September 2023. As Delhi goes to polls on 25 May, The Quint revisited the areas of Tughlakabad and Pragati Maidan and spoke to residents, who not only highlighted their poor living conditions but also spoke about their broken hopes of 'achhe din' (good days).

In these videos quint should mention who is doing the illegal activity. Emotions aside we should never support illegal activity be it from the government side or people side. One lady mentions she is unable to pay for her child’s tuition fee. What about the one’s from rural areas who study in government schools without any others assistance? If tomorrow I stay in a 5 star hotel and then cry when they throw me out for not paying the hotel bills, should that activity also be justified? Think before you draw any conclusions.
so your argument is why you are poor? if you dont have resource to live then dont live or work in cities dont become our howe guards, helpers, cleaners electrician, pully owners or construction worker oh no no you are saying that please do these things but stay where legally you can afford to stay in your villages where there is no work.
