For me it doesn’t matter how “affordable” it is if I am forced to own a car it’s a no go. No point in housing being cheaper when I had to pay a ton to own a car
@@pattycarljackson I see your point. Unfortunately Most cities in the US you have to have the car based on how the cities are designed. Even more true in the western part of The US where everything is spread out
