Manufacturing them will be hard; you can purchase off-the-shelf hinges.

If I already have some lenses how could I take the measurements of the curvatures

If you don't know the measurements, you will have to take calipers and measure the distances from the top to the bottom of the lens, and measure the distances from the left to the right of the lens. The more measurements you take, the more accurate your model will be. Good luck! It will most likely take a few iterations.
