If Joyce DiDonato told me "I don't think you comprehend how extraordinary your voice is". I'd be set for life
Rael her voice is so beautiful!
I'm so glad I attended this. It was somewhat random as I was visiting NYC and found this. If only I were still singing and had experienced this masterclass. I might have not retired. The singers were wonderful, especially Marissa. I was also sitting next to Kevin Puts, I realized...LOL.
All those harmonies she let us pay attention to in Hendel… now I started to get why Beethoven adored Hendel. What a great teacher she is. Thank you so much. The pianists are superb, too! And her talk at the end… it’s just so wonderful and beautiful
Thanks a lot for posting this amazing master class with Great Joice DiDonato! It's so brilliant, super professional and useful tutorial for all singers in all over the world!
I so love hearing Joyce's stories of her work at Sing Sing...it is all very inspiring. Also, Marissa rocks! 💪🔥🔥🔥
Oh, wow, Marissa has something special in her. All of the artists are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing your remarkable gift with the rest of us. For someone like me who can only dream of producing such beautiful sound, it is a blessing to listen to you.
This was an exceptional day. Wow! The singers... just, wow.
The story she tells at 2:28:30 is so incredibly moving!!!! I got tears. Brava and bravo to all our performers....they are all soo goood!! Wow.
I loved that. It made me so proud to be a singer and to share my own love with people.
Ms DiDonato is the most extraordinary teacher ever. Brilliant human being!❤
Marissa is almost a ready made Elettra. Her voice is amazing. She was emotional and teary and a mess and she couldn't breathe with those tears but through all of that she still did some great job.
Moving beautiful great singers, great teacher...no egos involved ❤❤❤❤
Wow 1/2 hr later, Marissa even sounded different from my iPad!! Well done M for tapping in… and for finding that switch!!
Protect Lawrence at all costs.🥺
Sólo puedo soñar con tener una clase con esta gran y bella maestra... Quienes tienen la oportunidad, que disfruten cada segundo 🎶
🎼🌷
Congrats from Chile.
What an Amazing young singer. Now want to sée her onstage

Love how Joyce develops Lukasz sound. But her illustration from the story is wrong. marguerite has not been killed at that point. She has given the medallion to Valentin as a keep safe!
