Yes! I aim to ride every other day. I am not worried about competing. I've had my bike for 1 week. I love it. So fun. I just learned how to sync my garmin vivoactive 4s to the Peloton to get my heart rate.

Thank you for the tips! Ordered ours in November and just got it last week. The + was in massive demand in the States. I can’t believe how much fun it is! You always assume the hype is just that but I get it now. I’m aware there’s a honeymoon phase with everything but I started cycling right around Covid to work on my health and I’ve been doing boring as hell trainer on my road bike. This is 100% more motivating.

what works for me is to do something every day. if I don't feel like riding, I do a 10 minute stretch. but there is no question if I do something, just what.

Loving your videos, though if possible to not upload in HDR it would be appreciated. For some reason on android phones when previewing or viewing HDR videos TH-cam takes control of brightness and turns off the blue light filter so it can be very jarring.

Hi! Have you done the FTP test? I want to know more about it. I haven’t been able to get a good end to end grasp on it from content I’ve seen. Do you do a test once? What does it do for you after that?
Yes I have and it gives you some good data. Theres an FTP program on the bike.

Are the classes live? Like the instructor is is doing it live?
The classes are all live and you can either take them ‘live’ or do them on demand.
I tend to take them on demand or the ‘sessions’ feature.
