But actual reason their representative gave was verve was having poor booking so they spread rumours about siera that it’s sold out in one week. 5) Blue water they said all construction is mivan , I visited this site personally and I found brick construction in one tower. Only one tower I am saying because other construction work was on hold so was not able to check other towers.

Abhijeet ji, TDS is the responsibility of the buyers, but it is part of the total package. If you are paying it from your pocket, you can deduct it from the last payment made to the builder. I am in very much confusion status currently, I booked 2.5bhk (867sqft) flat in orizzonte kharadi but agreement is pending. I have come across Park Titan Project in phase 1 whose 3bhk flat has really good layout. I stayed in Kharadi for 4 years and I feel connected with that area but the flat which I booked looks very compact for 3bhk. It's living and kitchen are smaller in size. Do you think I should reconsider my decision and look for little bigger size apartment. I got 2.5bhk for 87lakh in kharadi and I feel it is good deal but the concern is size. 1. How is park Titan and it's prospects in future? 2. What will be future of orizzonte in term of rental and appreciation in near future? In case of emergency exit. My job location is not fixed, it can be anywhere in east or west Pune. Me and wife will be staying with parents and major purpose is end use.
