When you're a superstar the rest of the team looks to you. Your actions speak louder than words. Championship teams don't have people coming in late and not caring. In fact they're putting in extra effort to not only imporve themselves, but to set an example for their teammates.
Even though you have preferential treatment cause you're a superstar you should always still know how to implement discipline and work into yourself cause you ain't there to only be given special treatment... You're there to put work and win a ring
Leading by example is important for team morale, but for me your superstar preferential treatment wouldn't be a problem as long as it doesn't affect your production.

reporter: ai, what do u think about this situation about harden skipping practice?
ai: practice? not the game, we talkin about practice?
When you're a superstar the rest of the team looks to you. Your actions speak louder than words. Championship teams don't have people coming in late and not caring. In fact they're putting in extra effort to not only imporve themselves, but to set an example for their teammates.
MJ is the GOAT of basketball.
Chuck is the GOAT of basketball analysis.
Even though you have preferential treatment cause you're a superstar you should always still know how to implement discipline and work into yourself cause you ain't there to only be given special treatment... You're there to put work and win a ring
Kenny’s zebra story has to be one of the greatest nba stories of all time
Love this show. Missed this more than the games lol
Funny how Shaq talks about putting in the work when he coasted a whole lot on raw talent and his body mass only.
5:58
Chuck: "Well we can degree to disagree"
😂😂😂
"I read the article. I read it berbatum" 😂😂
Shaq is so huge that it would take 500 corona 🦠 to hurt him
Corona is gonna say, I've neva lost.
@T 215 corona is now a unit of measurement
Leading by example is important for team morale, but for me your superstar preferential treatment wouldn't be a problem as long as it doesn't affect your production.
Or doesn't affect the team. Kawhi and PG have been in LA for one year and we all knew the Clippers culture was toxic since they constantly threw blame around. If everything about Harden and the Rockets is true, it's crazy that it's only coming out now. I never heard about the locker room being toxic or Harden being a hindrance since Harden was the one who carried the team every year. The Harden stuff seems like it didn't affect the team as much as the Kawhi and PG stuff did.
Barkley definitely got better treatment than Oliver Miller lol
4:17: "G14 Classification" Underrated joke, Shaq. Underrated joke.
Chuck and Shaq both make great points. But I’m gonna lean towards Chucks opinion. Being late is such a corny excuse and a complete waste of everyone’s time. Westbrook right to be mad.
Didn’t watch a single nba game this season but can’t miss a video of this show.
Oh Shaq... Kobe got you traded because you were late, taking days off and taking easy days
Nope it was about the money
Never got in the best shape he could, clowning.
You literally just made that up like you know something lol
They didn’t want to pay Shaq. Shaq was all about the money and how much other big men were making compared to him. He wanted max money.
@@LuckyC555 they didn't want to max cuz maybe he's playing alongside Kobe who grinds to be great where as shaq is the opposite but just gifted with talents and size. Shaq has a stubborn ego...Laker wouldn't have any issue giving him max money if he put in the work to improve his game besides just being dominate cuz of his size. Shaq would be considered all time great if he actually improve his free-throw and wasn't the reason why everyone is now doing the hack-a-shaq rule to win or comeback in a game.
Miss these guys ❤️
Chuck is straight forward
While kenny spoke a lot without making any sense.
Woohoo there back .
These men the only reason I keep a interest in the NBA .
Love this show 😉
Duncan was just a class example of a how a franchise player should behave.
I miss that man, truly.
4:30....Thats one thing you would NEVER hear Kobe say.It says alot about Shaq's work ethic. He was a rookie and was trying to be on the level of vets.
If you late to my work more than once in a row, we chatting.
Really missed you guys. Great opinions and they are very real.
Kenny is not trying to burn bridges. Bro either be a commentator or be in management.
So annoying
Don’t even KNOW how hyped I am that these guys are baaack!!
Micheal Jordan: I never asked anybody to do anything I wouldn't. He was first in practice last to leave. Didn't take days off
James Harden: Im not coming to practice im not studying film on a regular when I do come imma be late and imma take days off go party away from the team even in a pandemic and you better get me a team even though I can only play 1 way or trade me
This is like a CEO who makes your company Billions but is skimming millions off the top and everyone knows it but turns a blind eye because "the company still makes plenty." "They can afford it."
If you're not going to put the work in consistently dont wonder why you don't win anything. I dont care how many triple doubles he puts in now when someone says why won't Harden win? He doesn't work as hard as everyone else. This is why he's a average to below average defensive player. Thats all he wants to be.
Amen!!
I really wonder what does Kenny add to the show. He's basically a re player that is there to fill the numbers as he is good buddies with the main stars
"Yeah but he won MVP"
....Yeah, but they choked in the playoffs every year and there was turmoil among teammates, Kenny.
Come on, man.
Kenny is an idiot. So many better retired players should be in his position
James harden has not gotten worse during the years ? Kenny not wrong
I miss inside the NBA! Its the best thing that happens in 2020.
"50 point triple-double pointers"
@1:12 Shaq is talking about Denis Rodman
Sometimes this is the only reason why I watch Basketball.. dem churros 😂✌
It's good to have you back guys
