I really hope you two enjoy your two weeks. We just got off the Mars after 29 days. (London to Stockholm). Loved the trip. Our internet was very poor as well. That was the only bad thing we encountered.
We were on Mars for the Midnight Sun cruise London, Scotland, Norway to the Arctic Circle and back to Bergen, then train to Oslo with our Son and his wife for two weeks. Viking was fabulous. British Airways and the London Bus ride were NOT. No Covid testing or issues on Viking-Mars.

Try using dry ice. I have traveled with it before. and if you have a good travel cooler it will last for 2 weeks.

Every time going on a cruise with free WiFi I expect good to poor connections, please do you research on medical issues all so.

I have seen them at the Pool Grill so I know they have them as a garnish. They are not on the menu, but next time I go I am going to ask for an order.
