Last I checked (3-4 years ago) I could still hear 22k fairly clearly, *just* *about* 23k but that was more like I could slightly detect it more than actually hear it. Used to drive me nuts when I was younger, because you'd be surprised how many household appliances produce that frequency range, and nobody else ever seemed to be able to hear what I was talking about. Thought I was losing it until I went through a hearing test and they told me I had a fairly uncommon hearing range.
For a video based on high frequencies, the voice over recording really needs some De-essing...
