I am lucky enough to own one of the 97 EX2001in a PSA 10. I got it a long time ago and had no idea why it was so hard to grade but I think the shiny part scratches very easily and yes it only came in a pack with 2 cards, but its crazy this is a base card.

Great video. I always wondered how scarcity control plays into these grades. For the 86 Fleer, most of the low gem rates are the HOF rookies.

For those late 80’s Fleer I bet there’s gotta be a ton of crack and re-subs in that 8- 9 pop report of people going for 10’s.

Didn't EX2001 packs come with blank white plastic cards in the front and back of each pack to protect the cards? and to prevent potential pack searching for jambalayas...The MJ cards all seem to have a dimple on his right forearm, so I'm curious about the PSA 10s of that card if the dimple was overlooked, or non-existent somehow for them

That inside outside card just sold for like $1,900 on ebay it's alot higher than your value. I recently bought 3 raw copies took me a year to find what I thought were 3 perfect copies on eBay. I'm sure when I send em in I'll get PSA 8s 😂😂
