ഞാൻ 25 വർഷം ഗൾഫിൽ സിവിൽ ഫോർമാൻ ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്ത ആളാണ്‌.. എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ.. ഈ ബ്ലോക്കിൽ പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെത്തൽ അധികം താമസിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ഇതിൽ പൊട്ടലുകൾ ഉണ്ടാവാറുണ്ട്.. പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ചുവർ നനയ്ക്കാൻ ഒരുപാട് വെള്ളം ആവശ്യമുണ്ട്.. കാരണം പെട്ടന്ന് ചുവർ ഉണങ്ങും.. കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ബ്ലോക്കിന് മുകൾ പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യുന്നപോലെ എളുപ്പമല്ല.

i have completed the construction of a two storied residential building at thiruvananthapuram last year. aac block is generally beneficial, apart from minor cracks found ranndomly, which could be fixed with wall crack fillers.

1. Any special mortar used during construction?. How was the curing done.
2. Are the walls plastered. Any special plaster used. How good is plaster adhering.
3. Is it doing good in bathroom and external walls. Is there any water seepage .

Make sure that your construction workers uses small amount of mortar glue while working with AAC blocks. Also it is very difficult to fix as the mortar may dry fast. Comment as per our experience in Gulf.

2013ൽ AAC ഉപയോഗിച്ചതാണ് ഞാൻ. അന്ന് മോർട്ടാർ ഫ്രീ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ 40kg 750 രൂപ കൊടുക്കണം. പടവ് + തേപ്പ് + പൂട്ടി ചെയ്യാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ലാഭം കിട്ടു. അതായത് പടവ് + ഗ്രേ പൂട്ടി + വൈറ്റ് പൂട്ടി. Brick വില കൂടുതൽ, പിന്നെ സിമന്റ്,മണൽ വേണ്ട എന്നാൽ മോർട്ടാർ കോസ്റ്റ് കൂടുതൽ ആണ് പിന്നെ പരുക്കൻ കനം കിട്ടില്ല, അതായത് 10 അടി പടുക്കുമ്പോൾ 1 ലയർ അധികം വേണം.
