iwant to ask you for the swap i have w201 2.0 and i have m104.990 from w140 3.2 i want to swap it into 190 4cylinder chasis what i need to do to fit on it😇
@@khalifasalem4956 just did that that swap, a .990 into a w201 2.0. The .990 is longer than the other m104's which makes everything alot tighter, if i were you i would try to get a .992 or something out of a w124 wich will fit directly into the 4cyl chassie, the only thing you have to do is maybe remove the upper radiator support and then use bolts to attach it again. then you need all the wiring, a w201 2.6 radiator and probably a electric fan, w201 6cyl or w124 6cyl front anti-roll bar. maybe you need to make new mounting holes for the transmission and shorten the driveshaft aswell, im not sure though as im using a 5g-tronic/722.6 gearbox. and then you just have to cross your fingers that the diff holds up. i havent started or driven my car yet so dont know how if the diff is gonna survive haha.
