They work exactly like you said they would but when I purchased these I thought they were wireless meaning once I charge them with the plug and the USB I thought that I could eventually unplug them and put them wherever I liked and that they were more like a Bluetooth speaker and would stay charged I did not think I would have to keep them plugged in😌🥰 thank you for showing me that I wasn’t losing my mind.
Excellent tip on the jug eye shield, I have several lights I use that I'm always setting up temporary baffles for. That looks mach better and easier. Great review, too, I think you've convinced me to purchase one.
I found out what the DMX button does for the light do you need more than one of these to control them and the master control you sleeve them together and then you can change colors separately or together So the remote says Unfun controls if you’ll take a look on the instructions under DMX since you asked the question I have the answer to it

Please can you help, I plug it into house outlet and remote works fine, but when I plug the USB in my vehicle the remote won't work. It was working, but now it don't. I have two of then and tried the other usb cord switched them, and still nothing. It comes on, but won't work wit remote in my van. Hope you can help answer this. Thanks.
hi, mine has locked up a couple times on a single color after running for a few hours. i unplugged then plugged back in and it started working properly again.
@Tara Lee I would check the jumper wires from the LED's to the lower board. Maybe one or more of the wires are broken. To check, unplug both ends of the jumper cable and test with a multi meter for continuity. Also check the solder connections for both plastic plugs for both of the boards to see if there are any cold/broken solder joints.
Great Review! I have tried to unplug it a few times and it's still not rotating onto my preferred color or any other color for that matter. I'm convinced that there's a technical issue and the only button command which rotates is flash or music but none of the fixed colors.
