  • Ex Disney Employee Speaks Out | RACISM, HIRING PRACTICES, and CORRUPTION
    #disney
A former Disney employee who worked with the company for nearly 20 years joins us in an interview where he details the racism, hiring practices, corruption, backroom deals, possible embezzlement, and more! The former employee, known to us as Agent Kallus, has shown us the proof of what happened during his long career with The Walt Disney Company. This interview took place after the James O'Keefe, from O'Keefe Media Group, released the Disney tapes showing the blatant racism and corruption within the Walt Disney Company. More and more former employees of Disney, and their subsidiaries, are coming forward to speak out about their experiences with the company and shed more light on their inner workings.

I’m keeping an eye on this. Its been over a week now since the Disney guy spilled the beans, and already, Ive noticed the level of interest has already dropped. YT channels do a great job of exposing this kind of behaviour, but they tend to quickly move on to the next outrage, and the original “crime” sinks into the background. This is how the likes of Disney continue to get away with their practices. People forget.
    We must never forget !

The Walt Disney Company, is not what it once was... It is filled with, Greedy, Squabbleing, Executives and Creators. There is no Interest in the common good of Family Films or Streaming Shows... I must be frank everyone, I think that there will ever be a chance will ever listen to us.
Thank you for telling us all your full story Agent Kallus, appriciate it very much. It is a shame Disney has changed too much from back then to what it is today. It was interesting to hear the good and the bad of what it was like for the company, have to admit this was the first time I ever heard of an exit interview, its just a shame it turned out to be nothing but an insult to you after 18 years of work.
Going from a work place of freedom of speech to fear of speech is just sad... not to mention the damned cronyism. Also interestng to hear a lawyers perspective on how you were let go.
Its sad to hear how much depression it put you through, glad you didnt mix your personal stuff into the business though. I dont say what my sexuality is, and neither should anyone else to keep a job, it would have been an empty job in my view.

His story is so familiar. I worked almost 10 years for Sam's Club. They were doing DEI before it was a thing. The Personel Manager was gay and she was hiring all her friends that were gay. One of the higher managers was Sikh, so guess who started getting hired. I got in before Sam died. Within 5 years it was not the same company. This dripped down to the local level and the Management changed and they went away from the "Open Door" policy we had before and the pressure got so hard on me, I had a breakdown. I had Stockholm Syndrome. I idolized Wal-Mart and Sam Walton. It was a cult like environment. Like having everyone chant a cheer everyday praising the company. I say all that to say, I feel for this guy. We both came from dirt poor backgrounds and worked our way up only to be tossed aside. And I had a stellar record. If you read this, Mystery Guest, I get it. I am sorry you went through that.

BlackRock has something to do with it. Forcing DEI on the company makes me think they secretly want to destroy Disney from the inside out. Why else would they run out all the conservatives and white men who had SKILL. They've lost their imagineers, their creative master minds and replaced them with unskilled DEI hires. Also, the fact that Bob Iger's hand-picked successor was pushed out after mere months, and Bob returned to the CEO position -- that tells me Bob knows some dirty Disney secrets that the company is too afraid to let future CEOs know about. I think China has to be in the mix, too -- no other way to explain why all the Orlando park profits go to Chinese parks.

I hope he found an even better job somewhere else, with 18 years at Disney and a masters on his CV I'm guessing he had a choice of options. He sounds like a genuinely nice and incredibly smart dude. Edit: Also I'm sad no one thought to ask him what the actual hell was Disney doing still using Token Ring in the late 90s? Even internally (as in a local domain on the network) it must have been awful, 10 Base T was around in the early 90s, by the late 90s 100 Base was everywhere and the big networks had Gigabit.

Ive lost out on 3 major careers over the last 10 years because I didnt fit the racial/gender quotas, despite being a significantly higher candidate. But there isnt much you can do, you cant sue them, its not realistic outside the US. Couldnt afford to anyways. Nowdays, they just fail you on a medical then ignore you. I left a company I worked 10+ years at over management changes such as what Kallus describes. Same kind of environment, too - ideas were valued, they had open-door policies where anyone could walk into a manager's office and speak their mind, etc. After new management that was controlled by DEI, all that changed, and it became all about appearances - they were hemmoraging talent, just like Disney, and a lot of the solid engineers went to other companies that valued their experience. I know you have hard time taking compliments & your cheeks are probably turning red but this one is well deserved!

Excellent interview! I agree with Agent Kallus. I want to see the Disney company be successful and comeback to producing quality products that people can be proud of. The fear that Disney employees have to work with, as well as the fear that other companies that work with Disney have to put up with is unacceptable. I don't know what Disney needs more at this point. A huge success or a massive failure. I don't know what will help them more.

Thank you, gentlemen, for producing a show that is extremely insightful, truthful and thought provoking. Kallus, for your learning and personal difficulties, you're very well-spoken and should be very proud of yourself. I'm happy that things are going better for you. One take away that I thought interesting is the pizza parlor analogy. I've been following a lot of channels and articles covering Disney Star Wars. I am a straight, female fan that saw all three original trilogy movies in the theatres when they were first released. It sickens me to see what Disney has done to all of the Lucasfilm franchises particularly Star Wars and Indiana Jones. However, no one has ever brought up the fact that Disney could've offered both faire. Star Wars for original fans and Star Wars for the alphabet community or whatever audience they think would've sufficed. I'm not saying that everyone would've been happy; however, outright pissing off almost the entire existing fan base was stupid, and no matter the controversy, Disney is losing money and killing their legacy one business division at a time. What they're doing is not sustainable and will spell out their demise. Which would be a shame. I don't want Disney to disappear. I would like to see that quality that I happily grew up with return. I don't have children so why do I have to fight for today's children to have a wholesome experience at Disney?
Another question. Can a white gay male be discriminated against in California? Apparently so.

I can’t believe they came right out & said you were fired because you were a white male! Not admitting to them that you are gay to save your job really shows your character and that you have great integrity! I am glad that this didn’t cause problems for you seeking future employment! I hope this will give courage for more to step up & talk about their experience. Thanks again guys for creating this space where people like this can feel comfortable to share their experience! Looking forward to next stream with Agent Kallas (Great Cover Name by Way!)

This is a really good interview of Kallus. Seems like a decent dude. The rot is in Disney's bones folks. Even gutting it like a hog won't "fix" it. And anyone who considers acquiring it would do well to carefully evaluate the slimy taint smeared deep into the pores intentionally! Long term brand damage has been seriously underestimated there. Runaway incompetence has crippled Disney. Every person holding Disney shares should sell.

    Just a opinion of what i see.👀
I have been reading and watching Star Wars for decades and their amazing diverse history. When George Lucas and his company writers created Star Wars he wanted a diverse group of people and aliens. Include many characters from other the universe. He was not thinking about race, sexuality, gender, or pronounce. It was like this from 1970s up until he sold LucasFilms. Which I am sorry to say was not smart selling it to Disney. This ideology and political agenda stuff has only become a thing in the last 5-10 years. George Lucas and his team was a amazing group of craters that just loved making comics, books, and movies as they create amazing decades of stories that were always very diverse.
👉Now before you get your shorts in a knot.👈 I am a gay man that was amazed at the beauty in the well written stories and amazing artwork. None of this ideology ever entered my mind. I see people as people and Fantasy as Fantasy. 👉I was raised by my cherokee mom and german dad to ignore skin color and judge a person by their actions.👈 If any of us kids heard racial slurs of any kind we never let that person be apart of our lives. Now I hear people using slurs like candy to everyone, accusing people of toxic feminist man hating, misogynist, racist, sexist, & bigotry over badly written stories and poor acting skills. Then saying white men are toxic and attacking women. 👉Sorry to pop your bubble but this has nothing to do with you being a woman or your skin color.👈
Okay people this name calling is stupid.. It has nothing to do with race, gender, sexuality, man, or woman.. It has to do with people using these things for a political agenda or gaslighting you over skin color and sexuality. Feminists are using it as a tool to blame men instead of admitting they wrote a badly written story no one likes. Have we let ourselves fall so low to this ideology? Stop letting these political ideology driven agenda people hate monger you or bully you into thinking and being like them. It is not your fault they are full of discord and hate. Stop falling into Disney's and Kathleen Kennedy's traps and gaslighting.
👉If you want to get your point across to them it is so simple. Boycott their movies and streaming services. Don't forget you have the power as a fan to make or break their box office or streaming service. Without the fandom they make nothing. That is how you hurt them badly.👈
George Lucas has thousands of characters from his books, comics, and movies. Actors and Actresses that were Black, Native American, Asian, Indian,Whites, Pacific Islands, Played or voiced Aliens and more.. So why is the race, gender, and sexuality card being played over characters when they at anytime can pull in any of these characters from the thousands in the Star Wars lore. 👉Oh wait I forgot they need their ideology and political social agenda is more important then writing a decades rich story that could be used for a movie or streaming. Heaven forbid you use any sources like books and comics fans are wants to see on the screens.👈
So why is it that people say there was never any strong women in movies? I can list many strong powerful leading women from through out the decades to now..
💥👉 Lynda Carter, Lucy Liu, Sigourney Weaver, Letitia Wright, Lucy Lawless, Danai Gurira, Michelle Yeoh, Gemme Chan, Linda Hamilton, Leslie Hamilton Gearren, Carrie Fisher, Natalie Portman, Angela Bassett, Roseanne Supernault, and Amber Midthunder.👈💥
All from Movies and TV. 👉Amazing women and powerful actresses.👈 But they want to use their politcal social agenda to accuse and call people names because they did not like the Movie or Shows that are badly written with poor acting. All fans of a movie or show really want a amazing story that is written well. So if they want to use ideology and political social agendas they need to remember something ... It has nothing to do with racial color or women. It has to do with your badly written stories and acting dumpster🔥!!!
💥 So there is your daily reality check Bob Iger, Kathleen Kennedy, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Leslye Headland, Amandla Stenberg, Brie Larson, Rachel Zeglar, and Tatiana Maslany. And just FYI none of you are oppressed so stop trying to use the race card. All you people come from a privileged minority of rich entitlement as you all make millions in money off people and fans. So your not oppressed you're just disrespect to the fandom.💥

Disney employees and their pixie dusters have Stockholm Syndrome from the high of the old Disney but abuse from current Disney. It's hard to leave, disconnect and grey rock or no contact with abusers. It takes at least 7 times or more before a victim leaves their abusers, the Acolyte is helping pixie dusters leave. It's the most dangerous time, that's when the love bombing such as Inside Out 2, Wolverine & Deadpool and Moana 2 and the abuser ups the anti in threats of violence.

It's kind of interesting listening to someone who had such reverence for Disney and how other people used to love Disney. However, as a young guy in my early 20s I've never had that reverence. I was never into marvel so I kind of just viewed Disney with ambivalence until age 15 when I watched the force awakens after it came out. My ambivalence turned to dislike, turned to hatred. So I feel like I have a different perspective then a lot of older people. I've never liked Disney. I don't care if Disney is reformed I'd be happy to watch that company burn to the ground. They've always been the enemy in my eyes.

Well we all know this issue has infected all sectors of industry and business. The most obvious display of these practices can be seen daily in the advertisements on all forms of media with diverse representation shown ,in these ads, that does not reflect the demographic of our communities. This is a worldwide issue that has festered for years. They destroy national and cultural identity for the sake of so called inclusiveness not representative at all of the audience targeted. Obviously incentives are paid for this propaganda when history shows diversity and inclusiveness existed organically, with reason and purpose, without being forced.
